Building a new home from the ground up is a wonderful opportunity. Be warned, it requires a lot of planning and dozens of decisions throughout the process. While the architect is responsible for the technical drawings and legal requirements, during the actual ground works and building process it's important to employ a team that will cost and deliver as promised.
